The 4th of July

So i will start off by saying i have tons of pictures from the 4th but i don't have my camera with me right now. so i wil have to update with pictures when i get my camera. Soo here it goes......

On June 28th i went to the daycare after work to pick up my kids. I was a little disappointed to find a sign on the door saying that they weren't going to be open the following Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for the holiday. At first i was really upset! I didn't know what i was going to do, i was scheduled to work All of those days. So i started calling around and Nope, nobody could babysit for me. I quickly got on the phone and called my boss. She didn't think it was that big of a deal to need those extra days off. So thats when my holiday started, it was AMAZING right from the very start. The kids and i hung out all day everyday. We went to the park and went for walks and stopped for ice cream. It felt good to not have to worry for a few days and just be mom.

Saturday June 30th Huntsmans springs put on there annual 4th of July fireworks. My mother inlaw came up with all her kids and we walked around and let the kids jump on all the bouncy houses, got snow cones, watched the air show and just visited. After a while of being in the hot sun we went out for some dinner. My mother inlaw Pam love love loves O'Rourkes. So we thought it would be nice to take her there. After dinner we went back to Huntsmans and laid our blankets down on the soft grass and waited and played games until the fireworks started. Those fireworks were the best fireworks i have ever seen in my whole entire life. They were amazing.

Monday came around and we were sad to see Mike go back to work for the rest of the week, we were having so much fun having all of us together that we hated to see him go. But we had to do what we had to do... But when he came home that night he told us that he didn't have to work until friday. That meant he was gonna be home with us for the rest of the week. Other than i had to return to work on Thursday. Wahoo!!

Wednesday was July 4th we set the alarms and got up early, made breakfast and headed out for the parade. The kids loved it. It was Wyatts first year of actually getting candy, before he was scared to run out there and fight all the other kids for candy. Talon loved it so much because of all the animals and old cars in the parade that drove by so slow he could watch them slowly go by and then another one would come. We had a blast this whole week

I always seem to take these little moments for granted. I am always so busy that i stop to think about all the little things that matter most. I will never forget how my family makes me feel. I love them so much and wouldn't trade a moment of any of it for the world.
